Kali River Rapids

So what better way to do it than while enjoying a ride? Kali River Rapids in one of the most exciting rides at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Hop on a circular raft with friends and family and ride down these pulse pounding rapids. You and eleven other guests will take a wild ride down this water filled canal at high speeds as you navigate the Kali River! These choppy waters feature sharp turns and steep drops, so get ready for a rollercoaster ride… on water!

Your twelve person raft will have you drifting leisurely down the Kali River on calm waters. Suddenly, with little warning, you are thrust down the rapids in a hair raising experience that will have you holding on tight! Narrowly dodge hazardous debris left behind by the illegal loggers that have been in the area. These large logs jut out from the riverbanks and create and entertaining obstacle course for your raft. As you go down the river you will pick up speed before you have to narrowly escape biggest of obstacles… a thirty foot waterfall!

Because you are actually floating on water every time you visit this fantastic ride you can expect a new experience! With the circular raft design you could either be facing forward, backwards, sideways or even spinning in circles! With such large waves and fast moving water there is a good chance you will get wet! Sometimes large waves roll over the side of your raft and completely drench you. Sometimes you can ride the rapids and not get wet at all!
