DINOSAUR at Disney's Animal Kingdom

DINOSAUR is a great ride that will take you back into a world where dinosaurs roam the earth, and not all of them are so friendly. You are asked to partake in a daring quest that will have you running from carnivores, battling the environment and dodging obstacles in this fun and unique adventure! The DINOSAUR ride can be found inside the Dino Institute, a fun and educational look at where the dinosaurs went and why we no longer see them today. The Dino Institute is a great interactive adventure located indoors, a great way to get into the air conditioning during those hot summer days.

DINOSAUR takes you back in time as a mischievous scientist interrupts your routine visit to the Dino Institute. His appearance at the museum reveals his scheming plot to send you back in time on his own devised secret mission. You are involuntarily recruited to take a mission back in time to the cretaceous era. While you’re here you need to capture a violent Iguanodon and bring him to the crazy scientists. The only problem is the Iguanodon is a three and a half ton dinosaur, and navigating the dinosaur filled jungle is dangerous. Do you have what it takes to do everything the scientist asked?

When you arrive in the past you are inside a rover vehicle called the CTX Time Rover. You set off to venture through the colorful forest coming face to face with several peaceful dinosaurs. Then as things start to take a turn for the worse the scientists informs you that his calculations were off, and you have sixty seconds before the world is obliterated by a massive comet. As you hear the roar of the terrifyingly large beast the countdown timer starts and the wild chase begins.
